This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The facilities were super modern and clean, with a beautiful atmosphere. Despite a terrible bout of food poisoning, the staff were incredibly kind and empathetic, offering assistance and even medicine. The bed was the most comfortable I had in Southeast Asia, and the on-site restaurant was delicious. The live music nights were fantastic, and the bar offered a 10% discount for guests. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was conveniently close to great restaurants and cafes. an amazing stay with top-notch facilities and an unforgettable experience.

the staff, including Yumi, Nick, and the rest of the team, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were knowledgeable about the area and had connections to assist with any needs. the dorm beds were comfortable and private, giving a nice college dormitory feel. the common areas, such as the lobby and garden, were well-maintained. I also appreciated the small breakfast provided. the staff made my trip easy and enjoyable.

Convenient location near markets and cafes. Clean facilities including shower room and laundry. Friendly and helpful staff available from 6am-11pm. Great place for solo travelers.

During my one-night stopover before a flight, I was lucky to choose Alexa Nimman. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautiful, with excellent facilities. Despite falling victim to food poisoning, the staff provided free essentials like toilet paper, drinking water, and sanitary bags. The couch area outside the bathroom was a lifesaver, and the empathetic employee even offered medicine. The rooms were pristine, and the English-speaking staff were incredibly helpful. Coffee shops nearby added to the convenient location. I'll definitely stay here again.
